FedEx Freight Facility Ladson is comprised of a renovation and addition to an existing building, an expansion of the loading docks to include 35 additional new bays, a fleet vehicle repair building, and a fleet vehicle fuel and lube canopy. This project was coordinated closely with the FedEx Freight corporate team to ensure the design is up to their standards for operation while modifying their prototypical design elements to the site constraints, high wind & seismic zone requirements, and state & local codes.
