Opened in 2013, this is the fourth location of the renowned Charleston-based BBQ restaurant group. Design was driven by the waterway and traditional copper-green wood piles, along with a pared-down metal paneled roof and walls. The pier is also brought into the interior with used pier boards repurposed as a dining room wall finish, along with decorative interior wood piles. Exposed trusses give volume to the dining room and large glass overhead doors add light and visual connection to the waterway.
