Our Services
Architectural Services
Whether it is creating a new building or modifying an existing one, Architectural Services are the most typical professional services performed by LFK.
These services have two main purposes: develop the client’s ideas into a vision for their project and transform the vision into technical documents to help the project become realized.
Construction Services
LKF offers the client a support system to transition from drawings on paper to completed construction of the project through Construction Services.
These services can be used to determine a contractor, contract a price for construction, and monitor construction through its progression.
Planning & Feasibility
Not sure about getting started on a project yet? Needing help to generate the first ideas? Not sure how much a project could cost?
LFK offers Feasibility Services to help a client determine a preliminary vision, cost, or other hurdles to address before having to commit an involved design project.
Master Planning
We specialize in designing multiple iterations of multiple buildings sited together. Design efficiencies allow us to draft several versions of site and building massing models to see how buildings respond to each other, the site, and context.
